Moaist Chair Prachanda refreshes himself with rafting in Sukute



KATHMANDU: CPN-Maoist Center Chairman and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has reached Sukute on Thursday for a refreshing break.

According to Bhotekoshi Beach Resort, where the leader is staying, he reached Sukute with his wife Sita Dahal at around 4 in the afternoon.

After unpacking and resting for sometime, Prachanda also did rafting in Bhotekoshi River. Party’s central members Krishna Prasad Sapkota and Madhav Sapkota ‘Suvodh’ and former YCL Chair Deepshikha are with the chairman. All three are Maoist leaders from Sindhupalchowk.

Prachanda, who used to come to Sindhupalchowk and stay at the Ecuadorian resort in Sukute, is staying at the Bhotekoshi Beach Resort for the first time. It isn’t clear how long might be staying.
