KATHMANDU: Biratnagar Airport services have been disrupted due to incessant rains since Monday.

The flight services have been hit after the airport was inundated by the incessant rains, according to the airport administration.

“All the area of Biratnagar Airport has been inundated by floods. We are struggling to save our lives, let flight services alone,” said Utsav Kharel, the chief of Biratnagar Airport.

The rain waters have entered the runway of Biratnagar Airport since today morning, thereby forming a five-feet deep pool of water.
