NEPSE goes up by 68.47 points



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd (NEPSE) has increased by 68.47 points on Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week.

With today’s increment, the index has reached 2681.10 points.

A total of 8.18 million shares of 227 companies traded today resulting in a turnover of Rs 4.50 billion.

The share price of all groups has increased today.

Shares of development banks, finance, hydropower, manufacturing, and microfinance groups increased sharply. Shares of 13 companies increased 10 percent today on a positive circuit.

Shares of Ridi Hydropower Company decreased by 2 percent today.

Citizens Bank’s shares worth Rs 230 million have been bought and sold the most in terms of turnover.
