Madhya Bhotekoshi issues 9 mln units of IPO



KATHMANDU: Madhya Bhotekoshi hydropower company has issued an initial public offering (IPO) from today.

The company has issued 9 million units of IPO worth Rs 900 million for general people.

Of the total shares issued, 5 percent (450,000) has been allocated for collective investment fund, 4 percent (360,000) for staffers of the company and the remaining 8,190,000 units have been allocated for the general people.

People can subscribe for minimum 10 units to 1 million IPOs until October 11 starting today.

Global IME is the issue manager.
