KATHMANDU: CPN-UML has said it will not participate in the all-party meeting called by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.

The all-party meeting has been convened at 10 am in Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor to discuss and put an end to the ongoing obstruction by the CPN-UML in the federal parliament.
