KATHMANDU: The new application for the driver’s license trial will be opened after Dashain only.
Spokesperson of the Department of Transport Management, Dr. Loknath Bhusal informed on Sunday that the Department is planning invite new applications for license after Dashain holidays.
“Candidates have to wait for about 10 months to open a new application immediately,” Bhusal told Khabarhub adding, “We decided to receive application after Dashain rather than piling the queue of the people waiting for license trial and license itself.”
Dashain falls on October 15 this year.
According to him, those who have been waiting for the trial before are taking the exam from September 5.
Spokesperson Bhusal said that as the number of candidates is decreasing and new applicants will get their turn soon, the application will be opened only after Dashain and the applicants need not wait much longer for license exam and trial.
