Assembly meeting of Lumbini province put off again



BUTWAL: The meeting of the Lumbini Province Assembly summoned for Wednesday has been postponed.

According to the Province Assembly Secretariat, the fifth meeting of the ninth session summoned for today has been postponed by posting a notice as per the directive of the Speaker.

The next meeting has been rescheduled for 1.00 pm Thursday on September 16, according to the Secretariat.

Earlier, the province assembly meetings were adjourned twice due to regular obstruction by the opposition party, CPN-UML.
