UML holding Standing Committee meeting today

To dwell on UML Statute Convention



KATHMANDU: The Standing Committee (SC) meeting of the main opposition CPN-UML is taking place at 9 am today.

The UML had postponed the SC meeting for today which had been scheduled for at 4 pm Friday.

The main opposition had postponed the SC meeting due to the ongoing House of Representatives (HoR).

The SC meeting will take place at Tulsilal Memorial Foundation in Chyasal, Lalitpur at 9 am, informed UML Central Office Secretary Sher Bahadur Tamang.

The SC meeting was called to prepare for the UML Statute Convention slated for September 20-22. The Central Committee meeting will follow the SC meet on Sunday (September 12).
