Home Minister Khand to brief parliament on Darchula incident

KATHMANDU: Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand is scheduled to brief Parliament on the Darchula incident in the parliament today.

In the first sitting of the 10th parliament session starting today, Home Minister Khand is going to inform about the Darchula incident.

Minister Khand will inform the parliament how the incident happened and the work done by the government.

“Home Minister Khand will inform the parliament about what the government has done following the incident,” said Nepali Congrerss whip Pushpa Bhusal.

Opposition party CPN-UML will raise questions in the parliament today why that the government has not sent a diplomatic note of the incident to the Indian side even after a long time.
