Nepali cricket’s titan Paras Khadka appointed brand ambassador of Cosmos College



KATHMANDU: Paras Khadka, the former captain of Nepal’s national cricket team, has been appointed as the brand ambassador of Cosmos College of Management and Technology at an event held at Marriot Hotel in Kathmandu on Friday.

Khadka, a titan in Nepal’s cricket history, recently announced retirement from international cricket. Nevertheless, he has associated himself with Cosmos College after his retirement as the brand ambassador and will be participating in Cosmos College’s promotion programs in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Cosmos College will assist Khadka in establishing a Cricket Excellence Academy in the near future. The college has agreed to give cricket academy players a 50% discount on their education and a 100% discount to those who make it to the national team through the academy.

Member Secretary of Nepal Sports Council Ramesh Silwal wished his best to this unique collaboration and hoped it would encourage others to join hands for taking ahead education and sports together.
