KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress Vice President Bimalendra Nidhi, who has announced his candidacy for the post of party president at the 14th general convention, is preparing to open a liaison office.
Nidhi is bringing the office into operation from Friday to prepare for the general convention.
The liaison office will be based at Thapagaun in Baneshwor, said Nidhi.
