Chinese Automobile Company Chery enters Nepali market



KATHMANDU: The world-renowned automobile brand, Chery has officially entered Nepali market.

Chery has signed an agreement with SPG Automobiles as its authorized distributor in a Virtual Signing Ceremony event on Thursday.

Chery is China’s largest passenger vehicle exporter since 2003 and the much-anticipated brand has finally made its way into the automobile sector of Nepal and is looking to make its mark in the Nepalese Automobile Industry.

According to Zhang Guibing, President of Chery International, “We are confident that the co-operation between the two sides will make an impact in the local market and help in the development of the Nepali automobile sector. Following the long-term business strategy in Nepal, Chery will help create a competitive environment through innovative products and guide the market demand.”
