Govt administering COVID-19 vaccines to university examinees from today

KATHMANDU: The government is inoculating students participating in the university examinations against COVID-19 in Kathmandu from today.

The District Health Office, Kathmandu has fixed five centers and is making preparations to administer AstraZeneca vaccines to the examinees.

Vaccination centers have been set up at the Armed Police Hospital in Balambu, Nepal Army Hospital, Chhauni, Nepal Police Hospital in Maharajgunj, Civil Hospital in Min Bhawan and Radhaswami Isolation Center in Samakhusi.

Badri Bahadur Khadka, head of the office, informed that the examinees will be vaccinated till August 14 based on their admission cards.
