Former PM Khanal undergoes successful kidney transplant in Delhi

KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister and UML leader Jhala Nath Khanal has undergone a successful kidney transplant at the Apollo Hospital in Delhi.

According to leader Khanal’s secretariat, Dr. Sandeep Guleria’s surgery team successfully performed leader Khanal’s kidney transplant on Wednesday.

The Secretariat informed that Khanal will stay in the hospital for some more days before he is discharged and will return to Nepal after his health condition returns to normal.
