Clashes occur in Belgium NRNA election



BELGIUM: Clashes have taken place during an election of the Non Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) held in Belgium.

Of the seven election booths, the election was disrupted after the confrontation took place at the booth stalled at Antwerpen.

The lection is being held to elect the new leadership for the year 2021-23.

Inclumbent Vice President Khadga Bahadur KC, International Coordination Council member Anuja Pradhan and CP Bhatta are contesting the elections for the post of chairman of the NRNA, Belgium.

All of them are entrepreneurs in Belgium.

A total of 36 candidates are contesting the elections in various posts of the NRNA Belgium chapter.
