Justice Kumar Regmi to hear Mahanta Thakur’s case



KATHMANDU: A single bench of Justice Kumar Regmi will hear the case filed by Mahanta Thakur’s faction of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) in the Supreme Court.

The faction led by Thakur had moved the SC demanding to stop the move of the Election Commission to give official status to the Central Executive Committee.

Thakur’s side has demanded that the court issued an order to stop the EC decision.

The faction had filed a case at the SC demanding to stop the EC from giving its decision of official status to the other side by counting the heads.
