Madhya Bhotekoshi issues stalled IPO



KATHMANDU: Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydropower Company’s initial public offering (IPO) which was earlier stalled due to lockdown is being issued from Tuesday again.

People can subscribe for the primary shares by August 1 and latest by August 16, said the company.

Of the six million units of shares, 1.8 million (30%) units of shares have been allocated for the local people hit by the project (Bhotekoshi rural municipality-1, 5, and wards 5 and 6, 7 and 8 of Bahrabise municipality).

People from other parts of Sindhupalchowk district can apply for the remaining 4.2 million (70 %) units of shares.
