Parbat section of Mid-Hill highway resumes



PARBAT: The Parbat-Baglung section of the Mid-Hill highway which was obstructed since last Friday night has come into operation from Saturday morning.

Landslides induced by incessant rains that took place at Sahasradhara in ward no. 1 of Kusma municipality had obstructed the road section.

Machines and security personnel cleared the debris and opened the road for traffic, said chief of the Traffic Police Office, Parbat Krishna Khadka.

Earlier, vehicles that had left from Baglung, Myagdi and Mustang to various destinations had stranded along with their passengers in Maldhunga of the highway.
