Elderly citizens honour journalism prize



GANDAKI: Founding President of Lekhnath Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chandra Krishna Karmacharya has announced the ‘Senior citizens honour journalism prize’.

The journalist addressing the problems facing the senior citizens and promoting their rights and interest will be honoured with the prize.

The prize will be presented annually on the occasion of the founding day of the Chamber.

Karmacharya announced the award at the 25th anniversary of the Chamber and himself completing 70 years of age.

The prize will include a purse of Rs. 75,000 and will be presented from 2078 B.S.
