KATHMANDU: Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has said the President’s Office laid seige over the power of the House of Representatives.

In an interaction held at the Federal Parliament building on Tuesday, Speaker Sapkota said that he could not remain silent when the spirit of the constitution was being attacked.
