Party not being led in line with party statute and Constitution: UML leader Nepal



KATHMANDU: CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has said the party is not being run in line with the Constitution, democratic norms and values and the party statue.

Unveiling a press release on the occasion of the 70th birth anniversary of then UML General Secretary Madan Bhandari today, leader Nepal has stated that there has been a pungent attack on the Constitution, national integrity and fundamental norms and values of democracy.

“The party is not being run in line with democratic norms and values, the party statue and the Constitution achieved through the peaceful democratic movement,” Nepal said in the press release.

Meanwhile, Nepal has urged all the party leaders and cadres to participate in the party unification campaign that would be led in a new way in the upcoming days.
