Manang flood sweeps away many offices including police post and banks

CHAME: The floods in the Marsyangdi River, induced by the  continuous heavy rainfall, have swept away Naso Rural Municipality office, Police office and a bank building among many others in Manang.

According to Chief District Officer of Manang, Bishnu Lamichhane, the floods have washed away many buildings including the office of Naso Rural Municipality, Area Police Office, Prabhu Bank and Prime Commercial Bank in Manang.

He informed that five hotels were also flooded by the flood.
