Gandaki Province to provide facilities to former Chief Minister



POKHARA: A meeting of the Gandaki Council of Ministers has decided to provide facilities to former chief ministers.

The first meeting of the newly-formed cabinet on Sunday decided to bring an act to provide facilities to former chief ministers, said government spokesperson Kumar Khadka.

Prithivi Subba Gurung is the former Chief Minister of the province.

The cabinet meeting held on Sunday had appointed Khadka as the government spokesperson.

He informed that the policy, program, and budget for the coming fiscal year were also discussed in today’s meeting.

Nepali Congress parliamentary party leader Krishna Chandra Nepali was appointed Chief Minister on Saturday.
