I was carried away by emotions, apologize for my statement: NC leader Baidya



KATHMANDU: Bagmati Provincial lawmaker of Nepali Congress Narottam Baidya has apologized for his controversial statement.

He is making preparations to apologize for his statement and officially withdraw it at 11 am today.

“I have solicited provincial speaker to arrange time at 11 am where I will apologize for my statement and withdraw it,” said Baidya.

He made it clear that he was carried away by emotions with the latest activities of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and made such statement.

“He is growing arrogant and is not listening to anybody, of late,” said Baidya, adding, “He is moving ahead breaching the Constitution and the law. That is why I made such a statement being carried away by emotions.”
