Cardiologist Dr. Bikash Subedi dies of COVID-19



KATHMANDU: Cardiologist Dr. Bikash Subedi, 42, has died of COVID-19 infection at 11:57 on Sunday night while undergoing treatment at Hams Hospital in Dhumbarahi.

Dr Amrit Bhusal confirmed his death. Subedi was diagnosed with coronavirus 25 days ago.

He was later treated at Gautam Buddha International Cardiac Hospital. As his condition worsened, he was taken to Hams Hospital 14 days ago for further treatment.

He had been receiving treatment on a ventilator at Hams Hospital last four days.
