COVID-19 claims three members of a family



UDAYAPUR: Three members of a family have died from COVID-19  in Udayapur district.

A 71-year-old woman of Rautamai rural municipality-7, who was mourning over the death of her two sons, succumbed to the pandemic at  4:25 am today, informed rural municipality chief Gajendra Bahadur Khadka.

The septuagenarian had been hospitalized at Gaighat-based Madan Bhandari Eye Hospital after testing positive for COVI-19 two weeks ago.

She had been shifted to home isolation following preliminary treatment.
