Thakur and Mahato holding talks with PM Oli

Likely to join government soon



KATHMANDU: Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Chairman Mahanta Thakur and senior leader Rajendra Mahato are holding talks with Prime Minister KP Oli at the latter’s official residence in Baluwatar.

The two leaders are holding talks on the possibility of joining the Oli-led government at the earliest.

According to a JSP leader, they are holding decisive discussions on joining the government with Prime Minister Oli.

The source said that JSP has asked for eight ministers and two ministers of state.

He added that the party will most probably join the government in a day or two.
