Eighth Assembly of Bagmati Province begins



KATHMANDU: The Eighth Assembly of the Bagmati Province started on Sunday.

The assembly meeting began following the health safety protocol and antigen tests of all the province assembly members, officials, media persons and concerned individuals.

After the commencement of the meeting, the Province Assembly Speaker read out the letter sent from the Province Chief regarding the latest reshuffle in the Cabinet of the Bagmati Province government. The meeting has been postponed after passing the condolence motion on the demise of assembly lawmaker Pashupati Chaulagain.

The assembly will again meet at 11:00 on Monday.
