President, Vice President extend greetings on Republic Day



KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has expressed the hope that the 14th Republic Day would offer further inspiration to entire Nepali people.

In a message of best wises on the occasion of the Day today, the President offered her greetings for happiness, peace and prosperity to all Nepali sisters and brothers at home and abroad and asked the people to observe the Day wherein the people have won by adhering to the prohibitory order imposed by the government in a bid to prevent and control the second wave of Covid-19.

Likewise, Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun has offered his best wishes to all Nepali people on the occasion.

In a message of greetings on the occasion, he expressed his hope that political problems surfaced, of late, would be resolved.

He also appealed to the government, political parties and all other sides to join hands to prevent and control the infection.
