Artist Dhurmus hands over oxygen cylinders to hospital



KATHMANDU: As an attempt to pacify the people suffering due to oxygen shortage in hospitals, artist Sitaram Kattel ‘Dhurmus’ has handed over 50 oxygen cylinders to BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital.

According to sources, Dhurmus donated the oxygen cylinders to the hospital on behalf of Dhurmus Suntali Foundation, an organization popularly involved in various social as well as development activities since long.

“I owe the name and fame to the dear audience; hence, I feel I should do something to minimize their pain as far as possible,” Dhurmus said, adding, “If our small effort saves a person’s life how can we be selfish enough to disregard them?”

Dhurmus reached at the hospital and handed over the cylinders to the Hospital administration.
