259 people die of COVID-19 in Sudurpaschim Province in one month



DOTI: As many as 259 people succumbed to coronavirus in the Sudhupaschim Province in the last one month.

Dr. Gunaraj Bista, health director of the Far Western Health Directorate, Dipayal, said that the number of deaths was recorded in the nine districts of the province.

According to the Health Directorate, the highest number of deaths has been reported in Kailali and Kanchanpur.

Most people in the province have lost their lives due to lack of oxygen, health officials have said.

As many as 317 people have succumbed to coronavirus in the province so far.
