Japan bars those visiting Nepal, India and Pakistan in past two weeks



KATHMANDU: The Japanese government has barred people who were in Nepal, India or Pakistan in the last 14 days from entering in view of the COVID-19 situation in the three countries.

The Japanese government issued a notice in this regard and said the ban will take effect on Friday until further notice.

As per the updated provision, even permanents of Japan who have been to the three countries in the last 14 days will not be allowed entry.
