KATHMANDU: The Nepal-Khanal faction of the ruling CPN-UML is holding a Standing Committee (SC) meeting on Tuesday.
The SC meeting will dwell on the latest political development including the new power sharing, said a UML SC member Yubaraj Gyawali.
“We are discussing whether to hold the meeting virtually or in person,” The meeting will take place at around 3 pm,” said Gyawali.
As many as 28 lawmakers had boycotted the confidence motion tabled by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Sunday.
Senior leader Madhav Nepal on Monday night made it clear they did not cast votes for Oli due to his past actions.
