JSP Chairman Thakur says he is neither for nor against PM Oli

KATHMANDU: Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Chairman Mahanta Thakur has said that his party is neither in favor of Prime Minister KP Oli’s vote of confidence proposal nor against it.

Addressing the special session of the House of Representatives on Monday, leader Thakur clarified that his party would not be supporting PM Oli’s vote of confidence proposal to be voted on Monday.

He said that he wanted to see his party’s lawmaker Resham Chaudhary in the House.

Earlier standing in favor of PM Oli’s government, JSP changed its position and decided not to support the PM in his proposal now.
