B&C Hospital adds 200 more beds for Covid-19 patients

KATHMANDU: B&C Hospital in Birtamod in Jhapa district has added 200 beds for Covid-19 patients that come into operation.

Covid-19 patients from Province-1 and 2 and various parts of the country have been taken to the hospital.

“Following the pressure of coronavirus patients in the hospital, the beds have been added. The hospital is committed to providing quality service as long as its human resources and physical infrastructures can afford,” read a statement issued today by the hospital.

Fifty beds along with 65 ventilators and 60 doctors and health workers have been managed for serious Covid-19 patients, according to the hospital. The hospital has managed 25 beds for general coronavirus patients.
