JSP leaders Mahanta and Mahato reach Baluwatar after holding talks with Deuba

KATHMANDU: Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) leaders Mahanta Thakur and Rajendra Mahato have reached Prime Minister’s official residence, Baluwatar after holding talks with Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba.

The two leaders on Sunday morning held talks with Nepali Congress President Deuba at the latter’s residence in Budhanilkantha.

The two leaders reached Deuba’s residence at Budhanilkantha Sunday morning to discuss the current political developments and tomorrow’s special session of the parliament.

Even though Thakur and Mahato, earlier, seemed to be close to Prime Minister KP Oli in the power equation, they changed their stance and inched closer to Deuba.

The JSP has decided not to vote for Prime Minister Oli on Monday.
