DHANGADHI: An hotelier has been arrested with one kilogram of hashish in Kailali district.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of District Police Office (DPO), Dhangadhi apprehended Chakra Bahadur Rokaya, the proprietor of Pragati Hotel based in Dhangadhi Sub Metropolitan City-3, Boragadi, with the contraband.
According to DPO, Kailali, one kilogram of hashish was seized from the hotel run by Rokaya, who originally hails from Budhinanda municipality-9, Bajura.
Police said they are investigating the case after forwarding a case against Rokaya in accordance with the Narcotic Drugs (Control) Act, 1976.
