88 including two judges test positive for COVID-19 in Birgunj



BIRGUNJ: As many as 88 people including two judges have been infected with COVID-19 in Parsa district.

Out of 192 swabs collected, the reports of 88 people including two judges were diagnosed with COVID-19, informed Narayan Hospital.

The infected included 12 staffers of High Court during PCR tests carried out at the laboratory of Birgunj Hospital on Wednesday. Of the total infected, 24 are women.

According to the hospital, 79 are from Parsa, seven from Bara and one each from Rautahat and Rukum.

CT value of the infected aged between four to 78 years of age range from 14 to 34, said Dr Saroj Roshan Das of Narayan Hospital.
