Nepal to play one-day series with Namibia



KATHMANDU: Nepal national cricket team is set to play one-day series with Namibia.

Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), has decided to organize one-day series between Nepal and Namibia from the third week of May and is making preparations accordingly.

Prior to Namibia, Nepal will face the Netherlands and Malaysia.

Similarly, a CAN meeting held recently decided to send Nepal women’s national cricket team to India to participate in friendly matches.

Nepal’s women’s national cricket team will play with Indian women team of Indian State of Uttarakhand.

The meeting also entrusted Jagat Tamata with the responsibilities of main coach of the Nepali team.
