Traffic lights installed at Nagasthan Chowk



KATHMANDU: Traffic lights have been installed at Nagasthan Chowk in Kathmandu Friday.

The Metropolitan Traffic Police installed new traffic lights at the Nagasthan area in coordination with the Rastriya Banijya Bank.

Chief of the Division, Senior Superintendent of Police Janak Bhattarai and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Kiran Kumar Shrestha jointly inaugurated the lights by pressing a switch.

Speaking on the occasion, Bhattarai said that the installation of the traffic lights would ensure road discipline thus reducing the accidents.
