India’s COVID-19 cases cross 12.9 million

Records 684 deaths, 126,315 infection cases in past 24 hours



NEW DELHI: India recorded 126,315 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 12,926,061.

Currently, 910,264 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile,11,848,905 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 166,800-mark.

With 684 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 166,892, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
