Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 3,024 with four new fatalities

KATHMANDU: As many as four COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 3,024 as of Friday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 156 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,76,665 in the country as of Friday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has reported 1,299 active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 70 have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,72,342 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
