Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 3,020 with one new fatality

KATHMANDU: As many as one COVID-19 patient succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 3,020 as of Wednesday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 145 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,76,389 in the country as of Wednesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that the country has currently 1,182 active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 90 have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

So far, 2,72,187 people have recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
