KATHMANDU: Ambassador of the European Union to Nepal Nona Deprez held a discussion with Chief of Army Staff General Purna Chandra Thapa at Nepal Army Headquarters in Bhadrakali Thursday.
The two sides discussed matters of mutual interest and bilateral cooperation in the meeting, according to Nepal Army (NA) Directorate of Public Relations and Information.
Such visits help strengthen ties between the Nepal Army and the European Union, read a press release issued by the NA.
