Oli faction’s central member Miyan joins Prachanda-Nepal faction



KATHMANDU: Central Committee member (CCM) of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) KP Oli faction, Mohammad Miyan, has deserted the camp and joined the Prachanda-Nepal faction led by Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” and Madhav Kumar Nepal.

Issuing a press statement Sunday, Miya announced that he has discarded the post of a central member of the Oli faction and has joined the Prachanda-Nepal faction.

Also a former Chairman of National Haj Committee, Miya was welcomed by Prachanda-Nepal faction on Sunday.

​Miya was appointed a the central member by NCP’s Oli faction after the dissolution of House of Representatives on December 20.

He has deserted the Oli faction after the reinstatement of the parliament.
