Minister Bhatta claims SC will favor govt. decision

KAILALI: Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Lekhraj Bhatta has claimed that the Supreme Court’s verdict will come in favor of the government.

Speaking to reporters at a press conference in Kailali Sunday, Minister Bhatta said that the SC verdict will validate the dissolution of House of Representatives (HoR).

He defended the dissolution of parliament as a move taken after the ruling party itself did not allow the government to function well.

Informing that the Election Commission has already started election-related works, Minister Bhatta assured that the election will be held in the stipulated date.
