PM’s remarks on launching protest against dignity of the post: NC Spokesperson Sharma

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) Spokesperson Bishwa Prakash Sharma has criticized Prime Minister KP Oli’s statement that an agitation would be launched if House is reinstated.

Sharma protested saying that the Prime Minister’s statement was against the dignity of the post.

“The Prime Minister’s statement of exerting a strong pressure on the court is against the dignity of the post,” Sharma said.

Speaking at a mass assembly organized by the Prime Minister’s faction party in Biratnagar on Saturday, Prime Minister Oli said that the dissolution of the House of Representatives was constitutional and warned of launching a protest if restored by the court.
