Elections will be held on stipulated dates; EC will provide ‘sun’ to us: Nemwang

ILAM: Leader of the Prime Minister KP Oli faction of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Subash Chandra Nemwang has claimed that the election will be held on the stipulated date.

Addressing a gathering of NCP-Oli cadres in Ilam Thursday, he said the government’s decision to go for a fresh mandate was justified as the prime minister has the right to dissolve the parliament.

Stating that some leaders were campaigning against the election for fear of gaining public disapproval, he claimed that the party’s authority was on PM Oli side claiming that the Election Commission (EC) would provide election symbol of the ‘Sun’.
