KATHMANDU: The Prachanda-Nepal faction of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has decided to issue a “commitment paper” in its bid to convince people about the protests it is carrying out against the dissolution of the House of Representatives.

The faction has formed a team led by its Spokesperson Narayan Kaji Shrestha to draft the paper.

Other members include Bhim Rawal, Ghana Shyam Bhusal, Janardan Sharma, Surendra Pandey, Barsha Man Pun, Leelamani Pokharel, and Beduram Bhusal.

It should be noted that the civil society leaders and others had suggested the party to issue a “white paper” assuring that the protests were not for the change in the government or to get to the power.
