SEATTLE: Four persons, three men and a woman, died when a construction crane operating at the site of a future Google campus collapsed from the roof of a building and toppled across a Seattle intersection, local media said.

Three people have been injured, authorities said.

The crane collapsed, crushed five cars and damaged a sixth car at the intersection of Fairview Avenue North and Mercer Street.
